1. Guillaume of Bennelong has their final service

As many of you would know, I adore Guillaume. He would be my favourite chef! Some of my treasured memories include meeting this fantastic man; He then wrote my  birthday on his hand so he would remember if he was at the restaurant he would say hi (unfortunately he finished after the lunch service- but still!)

I got invited to my first Food Conference in Perth; let me just say- it was amazing!

I surprise my Husband for our 2nd year anniversary with a trip to Vietnam- he had no idea until we rocked up to the airport!

Christmas

I love Christmas- it is my favourite time of year. Family comes together to celebrate with food, wine and presents- my type of party. Then to finish in a food coma requiring a good nap!

My sister got hitched and I was asked be part of the special occasions by titles- the matron of honor. What a fantastic day!

Only a few weeks later, I got in wedding mode again and celebrated another brilliant wedding (and also was honored to be a bridesmaid!)

First time in paper

I was in the daily telegraph for the makers mark event. *Cue jumping around the house!

Masters completed

To start the year, I recieved award the St Vincent’s Education award then to finish the year off in style- I completed my masters in Health Science (Critical Care Nursing). No more late night peeps!

Hunter Valley Food Bloggers trip

A bunch of female food bloggers got together and spent a long weekend in the Hunter Valley- such a fun weekend! See my Muse Restaurant post for some more details.

3 friends and I embarked on a gruelling, sleepless 100km trek. Unfortunately at the 20 hour mark, I  dislocated my knee; however the 3 girls went on to finish! Go Team ‘Vinnie’s Pacemakers’
